1. Operator

SortedPay is operated by Lucro Limited ("Lucro", "we", "us"), a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland (CRO 811725). Registered office: Nicholastown, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare, R56 NT73, Ireland. Contact: [email protected]. Corporate site: lucro.ie.

By using SortedPay you agree to these Terms and enter a binding agreement with Lucro Limited. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SortedPay is invoicing software for freelancers and retainers. You can create invoices, quotes, and contacts, send reminder and chase emails, and estimate statutory late-payment interest for UK, Northern Ireland, and Ireland B2B work. Some marketing tools (the calculator and templates) work without an account.

3. Not legal or debt advice

SortedPay is software only. Lucro Limited is not a law firm, accountant, or debt collector. Interest calculators and template wording are educational estimates. Verify Bank of England or ECB rates and local law before you claim interest or compensation. You remain responsible for every invoice, email, and claim you send.

4. Accounts and workspaces

• Accounts use email and password.
• Public signup is pay then create account. You complete Pro checkout first, then create the account.
• Workspace snapshots live on our server and are isolated per user account. A paid stranger receives an empty Pro workspace. Lucro Limited's own books stay on the owner account.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised use.
• Do not attempt to access another user's workspace.

5. Paid plans (Pro)

Pro is live at €15 per month or €150 per year, billed in euro only. Stripe bills the subscription for Lucro Limited. Card data stays with Stripe. We store the Stripe customer id, subscription id, email, and payment status.

If you cancel, the Stripe subscription is deleted and the plan returns to Free. Charges already taken are not automatically refunded unless the law requires it or we agree in writing.

6. Email

When you send an invoice or chase, we send the message through our email provider (Resend) from the sortedpay.app domain, using the To, CC, and BCC addresses you set. Nothing is sent automatically. We only send when you do.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use SortedPay to harass, misrepresent amounts owed, send unlawful content, spam, or attack the service. You must have a lawful basis to contact the people you invoice.

8. Intellectual property

The SortedPay product, branding, and site content (excluding your invoice content) are owned by Lucro Limited or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content only to provide the service.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lucro Limited is not liable for lost invoices, missed payments, incorrect interest figures, data loss, third-party outages (including Stripe or email delivery), or downtime. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or abuse. You may stop using SortedPay at any time. You may cancel Pro as set out above and request account deletion by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Irish courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
